When you book a Homam or Yagam through this website, you are requesting that the temple perform a sankalp — a formally declared ritual intention — in your name, gothram and nakshatra, on the date stated for that ritual. The temple performs the ritual as described on the corresponding ritual page, following the prescribed Vedic procedure. A booking is a request for a spiritual service to be performed on your behalf, not a purchase of a physical product.
The Homams, Yagams and astrology consultations offered by the temple are spiritual services rooted in Vedic tradition. The temple performs each ritual with sincerity, discipline and the prescribed Vedic procedure. The temple does not, however, guarantee, promise or take responsibility for any specific material, financial, legal, medical or personal outcome as a result of any ritual, remedy or consultation. Devotees participate in good faith, understanding that spiritual practice complements — and does not replace — professional medical, legal or financial advice.

The temple performs the sankalp exactly as the details are provided to it, and is not responsible for a ritual performed against incorrect details supplied by the devotee.
Rituals booked through this site are performed on their stated tithi — Amavasya (new moon), Poornima (full moon), or daily, as applicable to that ritual — and dates follow the Vedic (Panchang) calendar rather than a fixed Gregorian schedule. As a result, the exact Gregorian date of a periodic ritual can shift slightly from month to month. The temple office will confirm the exact performance date at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed only once payment and the required devotee details have been received and verified by the temple office. You will be notified of your booking confirmation using the contact details you provide.
Where a ritual includes prasadam, it is dispatched by post to the postal address you provide at the time of booking. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate; the temple is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, or by the postal or courier service.
